On September 22, 2023, National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine together with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine organized a monitoring cluster event under the EU Erasmus+ Programme with the aim to spread the leading experience and CBHE projects results, ensuring synergy between projects working in a certain cluster, promoting the priorities of the EU Erasmus+ Programme, in particular quality, digitalization and inclusion.
The event was moderated by Zhanna Talanova, Deputy Project Manager, HERE Team Coordinator. The participants of the cluster event were greeted by Serhii Shkabko, State Expert of the Expert Group on European Integration of the Directorate for European Integration, Budgeting and Policy Coordination, Ministry of Education and Science. Svitlana Shytikova, Project Coordinator, National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, presented the information on activities within the framework of Erasmus+ projects.
The webinar «QA in line with European Integration: Recognition, Digitalisation, Inclusion» united the projects in the cluster of modernization of educational programmes, one of which is the Erasmus+ project MultiEd.
The MultiEd project results were presented by the national project coordinator Svitlana Zapolskykh (Zaporizhzhia National University). She demonstrated the project achievements, including modernization of educational programmes for training foreign language teachers at 8 Ukrainian universities, joint development of 9 new courses and updating at least 14 courses at each university, 2 developed manuals, the e-course «CLIL Methodology», strategies for multilingual education, and national guidelines for multilingualism in higher education in Ukraine.
MultiEd participants emphasized close cooperation between Ukrainian and European colleagues during the project implementation and noted that its results have a significant impact at the national and institutional levels in line with the strategic development of Ukrainian higher education in the context of European integration.
