The MultiEd Project has been rapidly accelerating. Representatives from partner universities participated in the course “Content and Language Integrated Learning for Tertiary Education” which comprised of five online modules and five online workshops posted on the Moodle platform of the University of Tartu (May –June 2020).
The series of webinars were a precious learning experience for MultiEd Team as it revealed CLIL peculiarities in practical application (material design, teacher collaboration and assessment). We value the input done by our colleagues from Aston University – Dr.Elizabeth Wielander and Dr.Sue Garton, University of Tartu – PhD Urve Aja and Heidelberg University of Education – Prof.Dr.Jutta Rymaczyk and Dr.Stefanie Witigmann who shared their knowledge, emphasizing peculiarities of CLIL approach in multilingual educational environment by means of interactive tasks and group discussions.
The most essential part of learning experience is eagerness and desire of each partner university to modernize and work out new courses dedicated to a qualitative new approach (CLIL) that opens the door to multilingual education in a globalized world.
Together we can contribute to the realization of the Project outcomes and sustainability!
If you want your university and school staff to keep up with the times, join our MultiEd site (http://multied.com.ua) to discover the world of CLIL.
